Our Approach

Our approach to our building company is really a simple one.

Mainly, we do what we say we are going to do – plain and simple. If our meeting is set for 9 o’clock, we'll be there at 9 o’clock. Communication is key. We make sure we follow through on the commitments that we make at each meeting, so you receive the level of service you deserve as customers - that way the project not only runs smoothly but your experience is a good one and your confidence is assured.

I was fortunate as a child that my parents always built a new home and being Kiwis we did this more than once or twice. I was always by Dad's side, passing him the tools that he needed - watching and learning. This is where my love of building started - the excitement of creating something. Then standing back with Dad and admiring the results of all that hard work -  that’s where I gained the real passion from.

Choosing a career path was an easy decision to make - but when I reflected on the less than professional attitudes my parents experienced from their builders - constantly being let down on promises they were given, corners cut on quality and a general lack of love for their work -  I developed a real understanding of how I would like my business to be.

In today’s world there is an absolute level of professionalism and accountability required from the building industry. Keeping up with current standards, council requirements, new products and specifications, as well as making good choices regarding products, design and knowing limitations are all essential qualities a building company must have to ensure smooth transition to a successful and fully commissioned project.

Because we care about what our clients think, we stand by our workmanship the whole way. Our commitment, accountability and passion for our work starts well before the project begins, and stays in place well after completion.

In short -  we want to deliver the very best!
